Customer Service Representative responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer orders. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will play a vital role in delivering excellent service and ensuring that our products consistently reach customers on time and in full.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process while strengthening collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics—ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience that reflects the Alaska brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Order-to-Cash Excellence
Process customer orders accurately from order capture to delivery
Ensure correct pricing, promotions, and order details are applied
Monitor order fulfillment and proactively address potential issues
Customer-Centric Service
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Build trusted relationships with customers and external partners
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution
Align with stakeholders to consistently meet service level expectations
Performance Monitoring
Track service KPIs such as order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
Analyze reports and recommend actions to improve service performance
Continuous Improvement
Support initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience
Contribute to building stronger, more reliable customer service processes
What We Ask
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or FMCG operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
Fluent in Filipino and English
