What Youll Be Doing

Own and drive commercial execution in market with end-to-end accountability. Flawlessly execute centrally approved Integrated Commercial Plans in market to meet SOS targets, while actively managing local market realities, risks and opportunities. Derive comprehensive insights across all market nuances for central planning and execution cycle optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Commercial Execution Ownership: Own delivery of all centrally defined commercial plans, ensuring best-in-class execution quality, pace and consistency. Actively optimize plans in-market, maximizing ROI and commercial impact.
  • Strategic Business Partner to Market GM: Trusted advisor to the GM, jointly owning delivery of SOS and market performance. Shape trade-offs, priorities, and interventions to ensure delivery against P&L and growth ambitions.
  • Execution Excellence & Capability Building: Define and embed execution standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks across Sales and Channel teams. Build sustainable execution capabilities within market teams to improve long-term performance
  • Commercial Performance Management: Own in-flight performance tracking with a forward-looking, predictive lens. Drive data-led decision making, identifying risks and opportunities early and translating them into action.
  • Market Activation & Rep Productivity: Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of rep activation programs, ensuring maximum engagement, productivity, and retention. Continuously evolve incentive and activation mechanisms to drive commercial effectiveness and behavioral change.
  • Agile Intervention & Risk Management: Proactively identify execution gaps and lead rapid-response interventions in partnership with central and cluster teams. Own scenario planning and recovery strategies to mitigate risks and protect delivery.
  • S&OE Leadership & Demand Shaping: Lead market inputs into S&OE as a key decision-maker, ensuring demand signals are robust, commercially grounded, and forward-looking. Influence supply-demand alignment to protect service, availability, and revenue.
  • Governance, Compliance & Investment Efficiency: Ensure strong governance across execution, while driving efficiency and effectiveness of commercial spend. Challenge plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Insight Generation & Feedback Loop Leadership: Own the creation of actionable commercial insights, translating market complexity into clear recommendations. Shape future central plans by embedding deep market intelligence and learnings.
  • Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Identify and lead initiatives to enhance execution models, processes, and tools. Champion a culture of test-and-learn, innovation, and performance excellence in market.

What Were Looking For

  • 6+ years in commercial execution, sales operations, planning or related roles with clear ownership of business outcomes.
  • Demonstrable local market experience, with deep understanding of consumer, channel and sales dynamics in given geography
  • Proven track record supporting SOS or sales delivery.
  • Demonstrable Experience working with and influencing central or regional teams in a matrix setup.
