About The Role

We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long lasting relationships with our clients and partners. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving client success through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the retention of assigned accounts by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, conducting regular updates and identifying new opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate coordination with clients and insurers for claims approvals, endorsements, Letters of Guarantee (LOGs), Letters of Authorisation (LOAs) and other service requests
• Conduct regular client meetings, including availment reviews, benefits utilisation reporting, and renewal negotiations
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, benchmarking studies, utilisation reports, and comparative analyses to meet client and insurer expectations
• Provide accurate and thorough information to partners to enhance overall service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation, update client data, and ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients to the servicing team
• Adhere to client-prescribed turnaround times for endorsements, billings, and other service requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of client queries
• Ensure smooth coordination with team members for effective account management
• Ensure timely collection of commissions and update Gallagher’s reporting platforms with client payment details
• Perform tasks necessary to maintain client satisfaction and ensure the successful management of accounts
• Proactively anticipate client needs and explore new opportunities to enhance service delivery and business growth
