Job Description

  • Coordinate and track category management workflows, contracts, sourcing projects, and key milestones
  • Maintain supplier, contract, and category data within enterprise procurement and purchased services systems
  • Support supplier on boarding activities and ensure documentation and data standards are met
  • Assist with RFPs, bids, and contract documentation within assigned categories
  • Act as a support contact for internal stakeholders on category processes, contracts, and supplier issues
  • Prepare and distribute category, spend, contract, and supplier performance reports
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve PO, invoicing, and reconciliation issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, documentation, and data quality

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Category Management Associate Should Have

  • A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related support role
  • Experience in a customer‑facing or problem‑solving environment
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
