Drive new business acquisition across enterprise clients
Manage and convert an existing pipeline of leads
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Engage senior stakeholders including CEO, CFO, CHRO, and COO
Navigate long and complex decision-making processes
Position the solution as a value-added employee benefit
Work closely with country and regional leadership

Anforderungsprofil

5-8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
Experience selling into large corporates such as BPO, manufacturing, logistics, or tech
Existing network within enterprise organizations is an advantage
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to open and close deals
Confident and credible when engaging senior executives
Able to work independently in a lean team environment
