Job Description

The Analytics and Decision Support Manager is responsible for managing the functions and activities of financial planning and analysis team which are crucial in driving strategic decision-making processes within the 1AP organization through comprehensive financial analysis and insights. This position requires a strong background in finance, data analytics and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations that will optimize financial performance and support organizational goals.

The role will be heavily involved in performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Company’s Profit & Loss, financial position, cash flows and performance against plans, targets and KPIs. This role is also responsible for providing support to the VP and SAVP FP&A in the areas of performance reporting, planning, forecasting and special transactions.

Experience and Competencies

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any four-year related course
• At least 2 years supervisor role
• Proficient in spreadsheet, software and other related applications including financial modeling
• Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
• Competent in financial software and data analytics tools
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
