Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Accounts Executive (Client Partner) at FranklinCovey Philippines based in Makati in a hybrid work arrangement. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth. You will meet with clients, understand their needs, and recommend solutions using FranklinCoveys content and expertise. This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility for some remote work.
- Experience in account management and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of leadership development principles and methodologies
- Ability to understand and recommend solutions based on client needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in the training and development is a plus
