Requirements

What Youll Do

• Venture Ideation & Validation
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and structured analysis
• Validate assumptions through experiments and prototypes
• AI-First Product Development
• Draft PRDs, user flows, and early concepts
• Rapidly prototype using AI and no-code tools
• Work with UI/UX and engineering to bring products to production
• Strategy & Business Modeling
• Build financial models and unit economics
• Support go-to-market planning
• Analyze performance and iterate quickly
• Execution & Ownership
• Coordinate across teams
• Drive projects forward with clarity and urgency
• Take ownership from concept to launch

• 0-3 years in startups, consulting, venture, tech, or related fields
• Experience building, shipping, or launching something (professional or personal)
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern product workflows
• Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Startup or founder experience
• Exposure to Web3 or emerging tech
• Technical literacy (ability to understand product and systems thinking)
