Responsible for managing the companys liquidity, funding strategies, banking relationships, and financial risks to support development projects and property management operations.

Ensure the company has sufficient cash flow for construction, acquisitions, and operational expenses while optimizing the balance sheet.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions; forecasting cash requirements to support operational and capital investment needs.
• Spearheading financing initiatives, managing debt portfolios, and ensuring compliance with loan covenants.
• Negotiating with banks for credit lines, managing bank accounts, and optimizing bank fees.
• Assessing and mitigating risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations, and credit, often utilizing hedging strategies.
• Advising top management (CFO/Board) on capital structure, investment strategies for surplus cash, and the financial implications of real estate projects.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and auditing standards.
• Managing the treasury team to ensure efficient execution of daily operations, such as collections and disbursements.
