Transaction Support Associate

Job Summary

• This role is primarily responsible for the efficient, accurate, and timely encoding and processing of iidentified deals / transactions in the Wealth Management Group’s (WMG) internal systems.
  
  

• Primarily responsible in coordinating with Wealth Management Relationship Managers (RM)
• and Relationship Associate (RA) for information related to the client’s deals and transactions that are required to be inputted in the WMG’s internal systems.
• Conducts signature verification for transactions to be inputted in the WMG’s internal systems.
• Ensures that supporting documents and duly accomplished forms for the transactions are available, and uploads these to WMG’s internal systems.
• Ensures that callbacks for the transactions are performed.
• Inputs the transactions in WMG’s internal systems correctly and in a timely manner in accordance with the bank’s established policies and procedures.
• Proactively communicates with RMs, and with booking units when necessary, regarding any potential delays or issues that may impact service delivery.
  
  

• College graduate, preferably Business / Business Administration or related field
• No specific requirement in particular, but knowledge and
• skillset related to banking is a plus.
