The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Training Executive, at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be primarily involved in supporting the Business Learning team based in Australia on a variety of key tasks and activities, playing a key role in helping to shape the delivery of Aon business Services initiatives.

This role is focus to support APAC in alignment with the regional Target Operating Model– supporting the geographies across Aon offices in the Asia Pacific where the Business Learning team operates, primarily Australia.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Supporting the Business Learning Team by completing key administrative activities: Assisting with upkeep and maintenance of relevant trackers, lists and sites.
• Inbox management: Responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Facilitating the tracking and recording of various regulatory and compliance requirements for colleagues.
• Facilitating Training: assisting with the sourcing, set up and recording of colleague-led training sessions, and ensuring recording of attendance.
• Onboarding: When required, conducting onboarding training sessions for new colleagues and offshore teams, ensuring they are well-versed in Aon Business Applications and Processes.
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Developing and maintaining SOPs and SOP library to ensure consistency and clarity in business processes. Also, Updating and maintenance of quick reference guides.
• Assistance with creation of digital content to modernise traditional F2F training delivery.
• Responsible for ensuring all SharePoint site content for the team and other related sites is kept up to date.
• Project Work: Assisting on various projects as requested by Manager
• Ensure all work is in line with Aon compliance requirements
  
  

About You

Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for organization and administration.

Skills

• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and other generic applications
• A genuine interest in learning new software and applications
• Some SharePoint experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English as you will be corresponding with stakeholders across diverse business areas
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a virtual team, as well as across geographies

Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course)
