As Trader, Co-Op WESM Trading Operations, you will be one of the core frontliner function attendant to the 24/7 Co-Optimized Energy and Reserves Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (“Co-Op WESM”) Operation and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP Wholesale - Trading to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• This function is particular in the accuracy of execution as it has a direct impact on the financial performance of AP. The field of execution covers analysis of the AP portfolio’s MWh generation, actual and forecast prices and demand (grid level or AP portfolio level), bilateral contract consumption, ancillary services and the tactical optimization of the generation assets capabilities, with guidance from immediate TL.
• As a ladder position coming from the Trader position, this function is expected to deliver more tasks and responsibilities. This also covers improved expectation for identified skills as a generation assets portfolio Trader of AP.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Professional: Open for fresh graduates preferably those with excellent scholastic records.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, or 4-year business course under the Science and Technology field.
