Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle-from ideation and planning to execution and post-analysis.
Channel & Brand Management:
Design tailored trade programs for various channels, including modern trade, general trade, and on-premise (bars, restaurants, hotels).
Ensure consistent brand presence and impactful in-store and on-premise activations across all beverage brands.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Maintain agility to adjust strategies based on market trends and brand priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for merchandising and promotional activities.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 8 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within FMCG or beverage industry.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end trade marketing campaigns (strategy to execution).
Comfortable handling alcohol category and managing on-premise channels.
Strong ability to pivot quickly and adapt to multiple brand requirements.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
