Job Overview

The Trade Marketing and Category Manager will oversee category strategies, shopper engagement initiatives, and trade marketing programs to support business growth and strengthen retail execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of category and channel strategies.
  • Create annual trade marketing plans and promotional calendars.
  • Manage in-store activation programs and retail execution standards.
  • Conduct category reviews and identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze trade investments and measure return on marketing activities.
  • Develop insights-based recommendations to improve category performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Support sales growth through shopper-focused marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Category Management.
  • FMCG or Beverage industry experience is required.
  • Strong expertise in retail execution and trade analytics.
  • Excellent presentation, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
