Job Description

TIER2 Resource Engineer who will handle the PS Network

Provides Level 3 technical support to Operations in resolving complex networking issues that require expert-level analysis.
Technical consultant on network designs, vulnerabilities, network innovations and tools efficiencies.
Facilitates technical training programs for the entire division to develop their skills on existing and new technologies.
Resolution of Incidents and incident reductions, maintain Network/Service Availability.
