Job Title: Technology Compliance Officer

Location: Makati City

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure compliance with BSP, AMLC, and NPC regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP Circulars 982, 1019, 1122, 1214).
• Support and review IT risk assessments, business impact analyses, and cybersecurity controls.
• Assist in managing data privacy compliance (e.g., privacy impact assessments, breach management, access controls).
• Prepare responses for IT and cybersecurity audits, maintain updated policy registers, and ensure audit readiness.
• Track and report on incident escalations, control testing results, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, and advisory for IT and security teams.
• Deliver training and awareness programs on cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Legal Management, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in IT compliance, audit, cybersecurity, or risk management, preferably in a BSP-supervised financial institution or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of BSP regulations, AMLA, NPC Data Privacy Act, and ISO standards (27001, 22301, 31000).
• Familiarity with IT risk management, data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks (COBIT, NIST, etc.).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Integrity, independence, and commitment to compliance excellence.
