Job Description

  • Provide desktop support (installation, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware/software, printers, and network connectivity).
  • Act as first-level Service Desk support, handling user requests and incidents.
  • Perform fieldwork within Makati, Taguig, or Pasig as needed for onsite support.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to do field work and be assigned in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig.
  • Open to shifting schedules, with possible work on weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
