Job Description

Provide desktop support (installation, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware/software, printers, and network connectivity).
Act as first-level Service Desk support, handling user requests and incidents.
Perform fieldwork within Makati, Taguig, or Pasig as needed for onsite support.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support when required.

Qualifications

Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related courses (fresh graduates welcome).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to do field work and be assigned in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig.
Open to shifting schedules, with possible work on weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
