Technical Support Engineer

Location: Makati

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; Dayshift

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineers to provide after-sales technical support for renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and ensuring installed systems are operating properly.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support for customer projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns.
• Handle support tickets and coordinate issue resolution.
• Ensure installed systems are operating correctly.
• Guide customers through technical concerns and system-related issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.
  
  
  

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
• Driver's License is preferred.
