About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing utility-scale developer in the Renewable Energy space.

Job Description

Lead and manage technical operations
Oversee engineering and manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet organizational goals.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within technical operations.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
Experience in leading EPC and O&M tender process and negotiation of the entire contract
Has techno-commercial understanding of Solar and BESS (having experience in wind is an advantage)
Well-versed in Engineering and Design and resource assessment capacity
Strong leadership and project management skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
