Tech And Data Science Intern

About this Position As a Tech and Data Science Intern, you will support the team in driving more efficient, data-informed ways of working by strengthening digital processes and reporting capabilities. You will join a collaborative and learning-focused environment within the Marketing & Sales support team, working closely with experienced professionals on real business initiatives. The role offers exposure to digital tools, data analysis, and project coordination in a global setting, with opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements. Success in this role means building a strong foundation in data and digital operations while becoming a reliable contributor to ongoing transformation efforts.

What You´ll Do

• Support digital operations and transformation initiatives by helping improve processes, reporting, and overall team efficiency
• Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders and teams
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) to provide insights that support data-driven decisions.
• Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, preparing presentations, and contributing to improvement proposals
• Gain hands-on exposure to data analysis, digital tools, and marketing & sales support processes within a global organization
• Work closely with a collaborative team, learning directly from experienced professionals while building practical workplace skills
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies, Data Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or related fields
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI for data analysis; Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends and insights; Effective in presentations and cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Must have attention to details and critical thinking skills, and ability to collaborate effectively and work within a team environment
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
