Graduate of Accountancy or any related course

6 months - 1 year experience but open for Fresh Grads!

The Tax Assistant supports the tax department with a range of administrative and

technical tasks. This position is vital for the accurate and timely preparation,

filling and compliance of various tax returns and related documents.

Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, including VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, Final Withholding Tax, and Income Tax.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax fillings and payments to avoid penalties.

Monitor tax deadlines and maintain a compliance calendar to ensure all fillings are completed on time.

Help maintain and organize all tax-related documents and records for audit purposes.

Assist in the research of tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

Provide administrative support during tax assessments and audits by organizing necessary documentation.

Communicate with internal departments and clients to address basic tax-

related inquiries.
