Join our team as a Talent & Performance Specialist and play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience across our Performance and Talent processes. What You Will Do

  • Support end‑to‑end Performance Management cycles (objective setting, development planning, feedback, checkpoints, 360, YER, FTO)
  • Provide L1/L2 process and system guidance, including access‑related queries and troubleshooting
  • Manage data administration (forms processing, dashboards refresh, reporting and basic data visualizations)
  • Deliver operational support for Talent Reviews, including data management, system administration, and reporting requirements
  • Participate in testing rounds (UAT) for system readiness, enhancements, and new module implementations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, sharing insights, and supporting team efficiency projects
  • Collaborate closely with Partners on cycle launches, closures, and on‑demand services across local and regional teams
  • Maintain and enhance internal knowledge bases, process guides, and system support materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR operations, talent management, performance management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports
  • Comfortable with systems support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple activities across cyclical processes
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to shared goals
  • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process enhancements and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Good proficiency in relevant HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is an advantage)
  • Ability to navigate complex processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • High sense of ownership and accountability in delivering quality employee experience
