What You Will Do
Support end‑to‑end Performance Management cycles (objective setting, development planning, feedback, checkpoints, 360, YER, FTO)
Provide L1/L2 process and system guidance, including access‑related queries and troubleshooting
Manage data administration (forms processing, dashboards refresh, reporting and basic data visualizations)
Deliver operational support for Talent Reviews, including data management, system administration, and reporting requirements
Participate in testing rounds (UAT) for system readiness, enhancements, and new module implementations
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, sharing insights, and supporting team efficiency projects
Collaborate closely with Partners on cycle launches, closures, and on‑demand services across local and regional teams
Maintain and enhance internal knowledge bases, process guides, and system support materials
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR operations, talent management, performance management, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce clear reports
Comfortable with systems support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple activities across cyclical processes
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to shared goals
Continuous improvement mindset with interest in process enhancements and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Good proficiency in relevant HR systems (SuccessFactors experience is an advantage)
Ability to navigate complex processes with accuracy and timeliness
High sense of ownership and accountability in delivering quality employee experience
