What You'll Be Doing

As a Supply Planning Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Avon products are available when and where they’re needed. Working closely with teams across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, Commercial Planning & Marketing, you’ll help balance customer demand, inventory, service levels, and cost objectives. You’ll support business growth by developing supply plans, responding to changing demand trends, and ensuring the smooth flow of products through the supply chain while maintaining optimal inventory. This is a highly collaborative role where your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will help deliver an outstanding experience for Avon Representatives and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing finished goods supply plans to achieve service, inventory, and cost targets.
• Creating mid- to long-term production and capacity plans, including support for contract manufacturing where applicable.
• Partnering with Materials Planning, Export Planning, Production, and Distribution teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Running order simulations and evaluating supply scenarios based on changing demand patterns and market trends.
• Analyzing inventory performance, product supportability, and supply chain trends to support business decisions.
• Identifying supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory challenges, and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintaining planning system accuracy and supporting continuous improvement and supply chain projects.
• Collaborating with Marketing teams to manage inventory risks and support product lifecycle planning.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment, such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, or Warehouse Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with new product development and risk assessment processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence.
