Job Description

Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
Oversee procurement processes to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with company goals.
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve performance targets.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in supply chain management within the energy and natural resources industry.
Proven ability to develop and execute procurement strategies effectively.
Knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation.
Analytical skills to interpret supply chain data and drive improvements.
Experience in inventory management and operational efficiency.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in procurement and supply chain.
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
Willing to work in Makati City, Mondays to Fridays.
