Position Accountability Statement

The Strategy Associate plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of corporate strategies, market research, and business analysis to drive growth and operational efficiency. This position works closely with senior leadership to assess business opportunities, analyze industry trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop strategic recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights
  • Analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and other metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor progress towards goals
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input to drive long-term growth and success
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to continuously improve business performance

  • Market Research: Accuracy and relevance of market research insights
  • Strategic Plan Contribution: Feedback score on contribution to strategic plan development
  • Collaboration Effectiveness: Feedback score from departments on collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
