The primary duties of this role is to oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights and analytics including synergizing market research trends to support data-driven decision-making and strategic special projects initiatives across the organization.
Specific Areas Of Accountability
BI Strategy Development: Develops and implements business intelligence strategies and structure aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Spearheads key initiatives analysis and thrusts for the Executive Leadership team and Senior Management team that will significantly grow the business.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Creates deep dive and drill down analysis to generate insights in identifying potential business opportunities, forecasts growths and declines, and prevents risks on physician/ provider/ customer fall outs, etc.
Advanced Analytics: Drives the adoption of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to uncover trends and opportunities.
Customer Behavior and Segmentation: Improve current segmentations and develop innovative solutions to target key groups depending on utilization behavior.
Data Visualization and Storytelling: Designs and develops intuitive data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights and story effectively to stakeholders.
Business Partner Engagement: Collaborates with business units and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver solutions that drive business value, overseeing end to end strategic oversight.
Performance Monitoring: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of BI solutions and initiatives.
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement in BI operations.
Team Leadership: Provides leadership and direction to the organization fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement as a center of excellence.

Professional Qualification
Degrees in data science, business analytics, or related fields.
Proven experience in data management and analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
