Job Description

Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive communication, strong relationship building, and timely response to inquiries.
Drive renewal revenue, cross‑sell opportunities, and portfolio profitability while coordinating with underwriting and internal teams.
Maintain strong market awareness, promote new products, and support marketing initiatives to strengthen client engagement.
Provide clear reporting on client needs and competitive activity, represent the company at events, and ensure smooth collaboration with support teams.
Uphold underwriting standards, support policy adjustments, and jointly manage portfolio risk and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
8-10 years of solid experience in account management or business development.
Preferably experienced in sales with an existing network across FMCG, manufacturing, banking, and conglomerates.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including market research, product profitability analysis, and the use of Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Demonstrated leadership in a matrix organization and strong familiarity with digital platforms.
Deep understanding banking regulations, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., AMLC, KYC).
