Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Specialist, IT Administration to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and end-user services across our global operations. In this role, you will provide first- and second-level technical support for day-to-day IT operations, including operating systems, business applications, and end-user devices.

You will work closely with global IT teams and business stakeholders to implement, maintain, and support technical solutions that enable business operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide first-level remote service desk support to internal users globally via phone and online support tools.
• Provide local on-site desktop and end-user support when required.
• Install, configure, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and track incidents, service requests, tasks, problems and changes through ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Assist with the testing, deployment and implementation of new applications, software updates and enhancement patches.
• Collaborate with relevant IT teams and business stakeholders to support IT projects and continuous improvements.
• Ensure support activities are carried out in accordance with established IT processes, standards and ITIL practices.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or IT administration.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration.
• Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
• Experience supporting and managing Android and iOS devices.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English to provide technical support, prepare documentation, and collaborate effectively with global users and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
