Software Licensing Specialist

A leading global organisation is seeking a Software Licensing Specialist to support the governance of browser-based software across the business. Working closely with IT, security, and business teams, you'll help ensure software is managed efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in license management, application governance, and enterprise tools while contributing to a growing, high-impact function.

What You'll Do

• Support SaaS license governance, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accurate application records.
• Maintain Enterprise Application Management (EAM) data, including application ownership, documentation, and lifecycle information.
• Analyse EAM and Zscaler reports to support license tracking and optimisation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Architecture, Procurement, and business stakeholders to improve software asset management.
• Support training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives for license management.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in IT, Software Asset Management, IT Controlling, or IT Process Management.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and working with cross-functional or regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
• Willingness to work a hybrid mid-shift (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) based in Makati City.
