The Role

The Social Media Producer is responsible for idea creation and production to bring projects to life, producing high-quality, engaging video content quickly with a focus on TikToks unique style and trends.

• Build and maintain a distinctive voice across the brand’s TikTok accounts, ensuring audience-sensitive framing for internal and partner content.
• Collaborate with creators and the video team to ideate and produce TikTok-first content ideas and tactics.
• Engage authentically with the community through responsive and relatable community management.
• Serve as the primary contact for client communication and account management.
• Effectively pitch and sell creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with the Creative Director on content strategy ideation and concept development.
• Plan original content with creators and clients, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Track analytics weekly and monthly to optimize content performance.
• Own social growth, views, and engagement goals on TikTok, advising on tactics and strategy pivots.
• Build relationships with TikTok platform partners, implement best practices, and innovate with new platform updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of social media and content creation experience, preferably with publishers, brands, or as a content creator, with experience in APAC/SEA clients considered a plus.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z, creators, and TikTok platform, with proficiency in using native iPhone tools, TikTok editing suite, and apps like CapCut to create content.
• Strong interest in user engagement data, ability to analyze metrics, and iterate content strategies based on success.
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player with excellent self-management and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple fast-turnaround projects.
• Demonstrated passion for social and digital entertainment, with a proven track record of delivering original successful video formats for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
