Job Description
- Campaign Strategy & Structure Support
The role supports the development and refinement of overall campaign direction by ensuring strategic plans are culturally relevant, engaging, and operationally executable within the Philippine gaming ecosystem. This includes alignment across:
- KOL / influencer activations
- Launch moments
- Community engagement initiatives
- Gaming & Esports Insight (Philippine Market Intelligence)
- Provide continuous insight into the Philippine gaming and esports ecosystem, acting as a cultural and behavioral reference point for all campaign and content decisions.
- Monitor competitor campaigns, content strategies, and community activations to identify gaps, strengths, and engagement opportunities
- Content Direction, Validation & Idea Development
- Act as a strategic guide in shaping content direction by ensuring all outputs are optimized for engagement, relevance, and cultural alignment.
- Guide the development of content ideas, formats, and campaign themes.
- Review all key content prior to submission to client.
- Social Media Operations Management
- Platform Ownership: Manage daily execution across all social platforms (Facebook,Tiktok, Discord, & others)
- Content Calendar & Publishing Execution: Own the master content calendar across all platforms
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track engagement, reach, impressions,and retention metrics
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure timely production and delivery of designs and graphic requirements.
- Community Management & Moderator Oversight
- Moderator Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage community moderators
- Community Governance: Maintain safe, respectful, and active community environments
- Engagement Systems: Design engagement systems such (daily prompts, meme cycles, community events, rewards and participation mechanics) to drive long-term community retention and activity
