Responsibilities

• Follow up the progress of documentation with internal stakeholders and internal processes.
• Tracking / monitoring , follow up with respective stake holders for schedule deliverables.
• Follow up on All MOM (internal, external, interface) open action points with respective stakeholders.
• Follow up /tracking on resubmissions of design doc , testing plan, testing procedures, reports etc.
• Follow up on KPI for COM , RFI
• Preparation of Purchase Requisition.
• Preparation / modification of documentations.
• Monitoring/tracking the progress of physical work.
• Monitoring / Tracking of open technical issues.
• Managing the office needs.
• Any other official work assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Educational: Engineering or Science degree / diploma, others will be considered as well.
• Knowledge and experience of typical project monitoring / tracking/documentation tasks.
• Computer skills: Should be good in MS Office , MS word, MS Excel, Power points etc.
• 1-3 years of experience
