Job Description
- Utilize platforms such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, working on stories aligned with features and communicating new capabilities and process updates to drive enterprise adoption.
- Implement tools and processes to establish a robust platform for all IT customer teams, while guiding development and documenting organizational standards.
- Act as a consensus builder to align systems engineering strategies and designs with architectural guidelines, application strategies, and business objectives.
- Manage the CI/CD lifecycle and develop or update test automation frameworks for critical HRSD processes and APIs integrated with the ServiceNow platform.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and HRSD processes; experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and ITSM is a plus.
- Proficiency in Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and end-to-end Catalog Development and Deployment.
- Skilled in API testing, deployment, and integration.
- Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
- Experience collaborating with multiple product teams and coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
