Job Description

Attends to service calls and other service concern of the client

Updates Team Leader/Supervisor/ Assistant Manager or the customer service staff of status of the services done upon completion of the job

Properly fill-out service reports with complete details signed and acknowledged by the customer

After attending service calls, every service repair that went wrong should be explained to the manager and how it was solved

Submit Service Report, PM Checklist, SP Evaluation Sheet within 24-hours from the time service was done

Responsible for evaluation of defective units.

Ensure that recommended spare parts are correct before submitting to the client

Responsible for requesting and receiving of spare parts from Parts Section

Responsible for the immediate installation of issued spare parts
