Service Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of elevator and escalator units.
• Ensure 100% completion of preventive maintenance within assigned routes.
• Use service reporting tools (e.g., Tarkie) to document work performed and needed parts.
• Clean work areas, return covers, and ensure equipment safety after servicing.
• Report open issues, unsafe conditions, and requests for parts or quotations to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company safety, ethics, and operational policies.
  
  

• College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Technology, or Electrical Vocational Course.
• NCII Building and Wiring Installation (required); NCIII Mechatronics (preferred).
• At least 2 years work experience; elevator industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical background with preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Good communication skills; able to engage with clients.
