Service Engineer

Your tasks

• Ensure service jobs are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
• Work in the service department, repair / calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
• Repair equipment with ideally zero return
• Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration
• Provide technical support to regional service center
• Optimize service process and asset utilization
• Recommend optimum inventory
• Ensure traceability of service work
• Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
• Evaluate new product service capability
• Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement
• Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or relevant field of studies
• Preferably with work experience in RF or Wireless industry
• Preferably has experience with Test & Measurement equipments
• Strong Test & Measurement technologies knowledge
• Strong RF knowledge and good concept of metrology
• Strong analytical skill
• Good soldering skills
• Strong service mindset, culture & qualities
• Self-motivated and initiative
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
