We have partnered with a leading Australian company specializing in a full range of fire services, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems.

What Youll Be Working On
- Own the end-to-end coordination of scheduled works across major client portfolios, ensuring technicians are deployed effectively and services are delivered on time.
- Act as a primary liaison with clients, managing day-to-day communications, rescheduling requests, status updates, and follow-up queries.
- Oversee the collation, review, and delivery of compliance documentation, ensuring it meets client, internal, and legislative standards.
- Ensure work orders and job records are accurately created, updated, and closed out in line with service timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and escalate operational risks when needed.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to better scheduling
- workflows, documentation processes, and client service models.
- Build and maintain a practical understanding of fire protection systems,
- compliance reporting, and essential safety measures
What Were Looking For
- Open to fresh graduates (Background in service coordination, operations, admin, or customer service is preferred but not required)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
- Solid working knowledge of service management platforms or databases
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) that will enable you to build a connection with non-Filipino clients and team members.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in handling high volumes of admin tasks accurately
- Strong system navigation and document management skills
- Proactive communicator with the ability to coordinate across departments
