Job Description

The Service Admin ensures administrative and operational accuracy in service execution by managing service job orders, warranty validations, billing, ASC coordination, and compliance documentation. This role supports back-end efficiency while helping ensure customer satisfaction and operational readiness.

  • College graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related course

Core Competencies

  • Documentation accuracy and data entry
  • Familiarity with SOPs and internal control processes
  • Time and task management
  • Clear and prompt communication
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Ideal Profile

  • 13 years in service admin, billing, or warranty support
  • Reliable, organized, and process-driven
  • Comfortable using basic reporting tools (e.g. Excel, shared folders)
  • Able to collaborate across teams while meeting deadlines
