Job Description
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management and forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and investment portfolios.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for financial services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor market trends to mitigate financial risks and seize opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team to achieve departmental objectives.
A Successful Senior Treasury Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing banking relationships and negotiations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from PHP 1755000 to PHP 2145000.
