Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Sales Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
  • Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Calls: Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
  • Set Targets: Establish and review sales targets for the team.
  • Improve Processes: Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of telesales experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role handling team leaders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
