About The Job - Senior Telesales Team Lead

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
  • Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Calls: Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
  • Set Targets: Establish and review sales targets for the team.
  • Improve Processes: Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven.
