About The Role

This role is vital in developing and executing our clients effective brand and engagement strategies. You will work collaboratively with strategy team members, contributing your analytical and creative thinking to deliver insightful and impactful work. You are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and a commitment to developing strategically sound and creatively inspiring solutions. With a keen eye for creative excellence, you will play a key role in shaping the work that leaves our agency. You are proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the agencys success.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for assigned clients.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights gathering.
• Develop clear and concise strategic presentations and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
  
  

Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and inspire innovative campaign ideas.
• Participate in creative briefings and provide constructive feedback throughout the creative process.
• Champion creative solutions that effectively address client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  
  

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct primary and secondary research utilizing a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Analyze data and insights to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop insightful presentations that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
  
  

Client Support:

• Support the Associate Strategy Director/Strategy Director in managing client relationships and communications.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.
  
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other strategy team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• At least 5 years of related experience or more
• Analytical skills to identify market trends, consumer behavior, etc.
• Able to create innovative ideas
• Able to adapt to changing market conditions
