Job Description

Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

Duties And Accountabilities

Incident Management

  • Serve as a high level technical lead for next level escalations for finance proesses
  • Assess and escalate critical issues to stakeholders and developers and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Track and monitor tickets received through Service Now and JIRA

Enhancements and Fixes

  • Assist with putting together testing plans, preparing test scripts, and building SSRS reports
  • Review new functions and fixes to existing customization of the finance system
  • System Maintenance and Administration
  • Cover tasks related to integration and checking data between systems
  • Handle advanced research, analysis, and reconciliation of statutory books versus subledger reports

Others

  • Provide refresher trainings, train new hires and conduct cross-trainings
  • Prepare and update activity manuals, analyze current processes and identify process improvement
  • Prepare ad hoc reports needed by stakeholders, local managers and the Firm

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience preferred
  • With extensive knowledge in financial software such as Elite 3E
  • Experience working in a BPO/Shared Service Organization is a plus
  • Graduate of any business or finance-related course

Essential Job Requirements

  • Excellent data skills with high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organizational skills
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite such as: (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visio)
