Job Description
As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across banks, fintechs, and key players in the financial services space. This is a pure hunting role that requires strong relationship‑building capabilities, a deep understanding of banking technology, and the ability to influence senior decision makers.You will:
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for key accounts in the Philippines.
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across enterprise payment, card management, and core banking solutions.
Build strong, long‑term relationships with executives and stakeholders across the banking and financial services ecosystem.
Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue delivery.
Lead solution positioning, capability presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product, presales, finance, legal, and technology across the APAC region.
Closely monitor competitive activity and market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
Drive account planning, including up‑selling and cross‑selling within existing accounts.
The Successful Applicant
4-5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience selling to banks or financial institutions.
Experience selling card management systems and/or core banking solutions is required.
Background in payments technology, digital banking, payment gateways, switching, real‑time payments, or related fintech solutions.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a high‑growth environment.
Strong network across banks, fintechs, or the broader financial services ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
Highly self‑driven, results‑oriented, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
Ability to work with global cross‑functional teams and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
