Senior Reporting Specialist

About this Position As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the organization. Your work will ensure that stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and reliable reporting, helping drive transparency, performance tracking, and business growth.

You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data quality, and uncover actionable insights that influence business strategies. What You´ll Do

• Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain automated dashboards and reports
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of reporting outputs
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems / Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong technical expertise in reporting, analytics, and dashboard development Proven ability to manage end-to-end reporting solutions (from design to maintenance); Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in analytics tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, VBA / SAP Scripting) is required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in data mining and data processing tools (Python, R, SQL, BigQuery, DataBricks) is an advantage
• High proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Skills in international stakeholder management, reporting and presentation
• Must be highly creative, organized and pays attention to detail.; Ability to interact with contacts at all levels within the organization
• Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM –to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
