Senior Quotation Engineer

Provide technical leadership and direction for projects in the quotation phase. In charge to deliver the required quotation services within the given time and required quality, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

This is where youll excel

• Focus on handling complex and high-risk projects
• To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager
• Supports and advises Quotation Engineers in all technical belongings whilst ensuring that the proposals will meet the customers expectations.
• Manage the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives
• Development of the technical concept in collaboration with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services
• Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document
• Train and coach Team Members inside and across in his field of specialization
• Set up and grow a team while establishing foundational processes
  
  

These are the skills youll need

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quotation engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity
• Advanced CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) knowledge
• Proven experience in preparing and managing technical quotations including cost estimation, layout preparation, and scope definition in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English language
