We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Has at least three (3) years working experience on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Experience and capabilities to develop with Model Driven Apps, especially in tuning work with different Model Driven Apps.
• Capable of managing applications, databases, integrations, and enterprise-level solutions.
• Support application lifecycle management across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Willingness to assist and mentor junior developers.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently but sees importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration to apply learnings in future situations, able to adapt in changing situations.
• Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to deliver within deadlines.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English language with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations
• Has excellent analytical skills
• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Amenable to work onsite on a Midshift schedule in Makati.
  
  
  

Your Mission

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and RPA solutions.
• Develop high quality applications using any of the following technologies:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Approvals, Background Processes)
• Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Customize Model-Driven App components such as forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Configure and manage Dataverse security, including security roles, field-level security, and access control.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop, including attended and unattended automations. Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation, and integration issues, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate RPA solutions with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dataverse and Microsoft 365, and other external systems (Docusign, IFS, etc.) using Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications and extending Dynamics solutions using Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of implementing web-based solutions and integrations using SharePoint where applicable.
