Job Description

Develop and implement project management frameworks for construction projects.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

The Successful Applicant

Engineering background not required but preferred
At least 10 years of Project Management experience
Must have PMP certification or equivalent
Strong PM expertise; experience in project governance
Strategic planning and risk management capability
Strong communication & leadership
Willing to report to Makati City, Mondays to Fridays, from 9am to 6pm
