Job Description

Recruitment & Headcount Fulfilment: Ensure timely hiring for APAC offices and depots.
Office Setup & Management: Lead the implementation and management of the Manila office.
HR Operations: Handle onboarding/offboarding, payroll, compliance, and visa processes.
Employee Support: Address queries and manage employee relations.
HR Projects: Execute ad hoc initiatives, audits, and policy implementation.
Legal Compliance: Conduct contract audits and ensure adherence to labor laws.

The Successful Applicant

HR Generalist Expertise: Recruitment, payroll, compliance.
Regional HR Knowledge: APAC labor laws and visa processes.
Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration across teams.
Process Optimization: Ability to structure and improve HR workflows.
Experience in high-growth environments.
Tech-savvy and data-driven approach.
