Senior Marketing Strategist

The Senior Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading content strategy and overall marketing initiatives to support business growth and brand positioning. This role works closely with a co-manager (Content Lead), directly reports to the COO, and provides strategic direction to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of content and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align messaging, campaigns, and creative direction.
• Provide clear, constructive, and supportive feedback to team members to drive performance and growth.
• Review and approve content plans, campaigns, and marketing materials before release.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates and insights to the COO.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
  
  
  

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, content strategy, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading or managing marketing teams.
• Strong background in content planning, campaign execution, and brand strategy.
• Comfortable and open to using AI tools for content creation, analysis, or workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with younger or early-career team members is an advantage.
• With experience in F&B industry (a plus)
